Why we started The Career Studio
The seeds of The Career Studio were planted in the fall of 2025. Jori invited Aviva and eight other experienced professionals to participate in The Networking Lab, a virtual event where students and new grads meet industry experts in a small, safe setting. It was a hit, and it revealed a shared passion. We joined forces, continued hosting monthly Labs, then designed a structured 1:1 coaching program from our combined insights, giving clients practical tools and takeaways they can use right away.
